Joycelyn Cooper is the founder of Splatter and Sip Art Cafe', an innovative art café where creativity meets fun, community, and self-expression. With a Master’s in Instructional Technology & Distance Education and more than 30 years of experience as an educator, Joycelyn has taught learners from Pre-K through high school—specializing in computer science, creative learning, and hands-on exploration.

A proud Stuart, Florida native and the 11th of 12 children, Joycelyn brings deep roots, resilience, and resourcefulness to everything she builds. As a mom to three sons, she has always believed in the power of creativity, curiosity, and community connection.

Her love of travel, art, and the beach inspired her to create Splatter and Sip Art Cafe' as a space where people of all ages can make bold, dynamic art in unconventional ways. From splatter painting to craft workshops, she is passionate about teaching, encouraging self-expression, and giving her community a welcoming space to explore creativity without limits.

Joycelyn’s mission is simple—to spark joy, build community, and empower others through art. As a woman entrepreneur, she is committed to creating spaces where creativity thrives and where everyone feels inspired to make something uniquely their own.
